Kanama Huge Bowl

This sisal, woven basket is around 12″ in diameter and woven by our artisans in Gitarama, Rwanda. The gals extract the sisal fibers from agave vegetation, then hand-dye and weave them into these beautiful performs of art. The sisal is woven close to sweetgrass, a aromatic grass with a delicate sweetness. Each individual sisal Rwandan basket will come with a string connected to the back again so that you can cling it on the wall. In addition to producing a lovely table display, these baskets can also be hung as art. You can mix them with other baskets or works of art
